Bhad Bhabie, born Danielle Bregoli, recently shared with her followers that she had undergone surgery to change her nose. The 21-year-old rapper posted updates on Instagram, revealing the results of the procedure, which she described as an intense experience.
“Day 6! Nose jobs are not for the weak!!” Bregoli wrote, alongside multiple photos of her recovery. One image, showing her face bruised and swollen, was captioned, “So swollen.” The rapper also shared a before-and-after image of her nose to give her followers a side-by-side comparison. She explained her decision by stating, “I just wanted to remove the hump.”
However, her post quickly sparked backlash, with many questioning her decision to have surgery following her recent cancer diagnosis. In response, Bregoli addressed the critics head-on in a series of Instagram stories. “Y’all it doesn’t matter if you liked my nose before.. this is my face. I didn’t like it so I fixed it,” she asserted, defending her right to make personal choices about her appearance.
Bregoli went on to express frustration with the ongoing criticism, pointing out the double standards surrounding plastic surgery. “Lying about plastic surgery is a problem and clearly so is telling the truth about having it. I choose to be open with y’all about what I have done and mfs still make s—t a problem,” she added. “Y’all are crazy.”
The rapper also clarified her cancer diagnosis and reassured her followers that she had received medical clearance for the surgery. “I don’t know who told y’all you can’t get surgery when you have cancer,” Bregoli wrote, emphasizing that her doctor had deemed the procedure safe. “I was cleared by my dr mind the business that pays you.”
Additionally, Bregoli addressed a rumor that had been circulating about the nature of her cancer. “Y’all mfs [sic] so worried about me and y’all don’t even know what kind of cancer I have! It’s not breast cancer that is a rumor,” she stated, clarifying that she had not been diagnosed with breast cancer. While Bregoli did not disclose the type of cancer she is battling, she gave her followers an update in November 2024, reassuring them that she was “doing OK” despite her health struggles.
The rapper’s openness about her surgery and health journey has drawn mixed reactions, with supporters praising her honesty, while others continue to question her decisions.
