Samantha Kenny, 27, has revealed that she underwent breast surgery to address changes to her body, including both breast implants and an uplift. The Love Island star shared her experience candidly with fans, admitting that she was in significant pain following the procedure.
Speaking through an Instagram video while still in a hospital gown and with a cannula in her hand, Samantha explained that she was “high as a kite” from the anesthesia but wanted to update her followers on how things went. “I’m done. The nails are giving me anxiety,” she said, referring to the removal of her false nails before surgery. “Everything went very well,” she added, though noting that there was swelling and that she could only catch a glimpse of her new look.
Samantha, a former makeup artist, expressed her gratitude to the hospital staff but admitted that the worst part of the recovery so far was the nausea caused by the anesthesia. “I’m in a bit of pain,” she confessed, acknowledging the discomfort she felt, but emphasized that the aftermath of the anesthesia was particularly difficult.
In a prior video posted the evening before her surgery, Samantha explained to her followers that the procedure involved more than just an implant. “I’m getting an implant and an uplift,” she said. “At 27, my boobs are a lot further down south than I’d like them to be.” She shared that the goal was to achieve a more natural look that would still reflect the changes she’d made. The Love Island alum also clarified that she opted for a 280CC implant to maintain a proportionate look given her petite frame.
Additionally, Samantha addressed rumors surrounding her potential participation in the Love Island All Stars series, which wraps up on February 17. “Definitely, definitely no All Stars for me this year,” she said, explaining that she was relieved not to be involved in the drama unfolding in the villa. “They’re all killing each other. No, I don’t think I could handle it.”
Samantha, who initially entered the villa as one of the original islanders in the 2024 season, was briefly coupled up with hairdresser Sam Taylor before Joey Essex joined the show. Samantha and Joey’s relationship ended when he rekindled his romance with ex-girlfriend Grace Jackson, leaving her heartbroken.
