Lindsay Lohan, 38, is opening up about her beauty and skin care routine after months of fan speculation. Known for her glowing appearance, the actress recently revealed the details of her “very specific” regimen during an interview on the cover of Elle magazine.
Lohan, who has been the subject of rumors regarding cosmetic surgery, especially after photos from recent red carpet events, set the record straight, focusing on her commitment to skin health. “I’m crazy about my skin and health,” she shared in the interview, which comes after her father, Michael Lohan, publicly denied plastic surgery rumors in an interview with Page Six. Michael Lohan also clarified that while his daughter has had “peels, fillers, and Botox,” she has never undergone plastic surgery.
In a recent Instagram post, Lohan posed for a selfie with her dermatologist, Dr. Radmila Lukian, further sparking curiosity among fans. Lukian wrote, “Trust and confidence are the foundation of our relationship” in the caption, prompting more speculation about the star’s refreshed appearance.
Lohan’s Skin Care Routine: What’s Really Behind the Glow?
Lohan attributes much of her skin’s radiance to her diet. She revealed that every morning, she drinks a juice made of carrot, ginger, lemon, olive oil, and apple. “I also drink a lot of green tea and water,” she said. Her love for pickled beets is another key component, with Lohan adding them to almost everything she eats. “I put tons of chia seeds in my water,” she added, highlighting the importance of hydration in her routine.
Laser Treatments and Botox
Lohan also shared her experience with various beauty treatments. She admitted to trying out new serums for her skin but is particularly fond of lasers. The star also swears by eye patches and splashing her face with ice-cold water first thing in the morning.
However, Lohan revealed that she had to stop using the Morpheus8 skin-tightening treatment after it made her skin “so thin.” Morpheus8 uses radiofrequency micro-needling to tighten skin, but Lohan decided it wasn’t for her.
When it comes to Botox, Lohan is open about her use. “Everyone does Botox at some point in their lives,” she remarked. “Who are you if you haven’t? It’s like, ‘You lie.’”
Allergy Testing and Skin Sensitivity
After giving birth to her son, Luai, in 2023, Lohan noticed that her skin had become more sensitive. To better manage her skin’s new needs, she opted for allergy testing. “I cut everything out, and that’s kind of when everything started to change for me,” she explained, noting that the allergy testing helped her identify triggers that were affecting her skin.
Facelift Rumors: A Flat Denial
Despite speculation that Lohan had undergone a facelift in recent years, she strongly denied those rumors. “I’m like, when? With what time? Where?” she said, emphasizing that she ignores the negativity and doesn’t feel the need to address the claims.
