Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has posted the first video update of her recovery after undergoing a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure.
In a video shared on her Instagram page, the mother of three is seen in visible pain, kneeling in front of a stool. She described the recovery process as intense and not for the faint-hearted.
“Recovery after surgery isn’t for the faint-hearted,” she wrote in her caption. “What would I have done if I hadn’t had this surgery with @heritagemedandspaa, the number one plastic surgery and recovery clinic in the country? Top medical surgeons, highly trained nurses and caregivers.”
Uche, who admitted her usual pain tolerance is low, expressed deep gratitude to the medical team supporting her through the recovery. “I can’t even express my gratitude enough. These people are really taking care of me,” she said, urging fans to thank the clinic on her behalf.
Weeks earlier, Kemi Filani had reported that the actress was preparing for surgery as a birthday gift to herself. She revealed plans for a tummy tuck and BBL procedure.
Last week, she posted a video from her hospital bed, asking fans to pray for her. In a more recent update, she shared a clip of herself eating her first meal post-surgery, saying she had been “crying and smiling throughout” the experience.
Despite the challenges, Uche continues to share her journey openly with fans, showing both the struggles and gratitude that come with cosmetic surgery recovery.
