A new skincare innovation has been introduced in Korea, blending cosmetic care with post-treatment recovery. Dr. Na Gong-chan, director of Dr. Robin Clinic and a well-known expert in filler treatments, announced the release of PostLab, a functional cosmetic product developed in collaboration with domestic medical device companies.
Unlike typical creams, PostLab forms a thin, transparent film on the skin. This unique layer protects the skin from daily environmental stress while also helping it recover after cosmetic procedures.
Skincare That Works Like a Shield
PostLab is designed to support the skin after minimally invasive treatments such as microneedling (MTS), Fraxel, and CO₂ laser therapy. When applied, the cream gradually forms a clear, protective film on the skin’s surface. This film acts like an invisible barrier, shielding the skin from external irritants while continuously delivering key active ingredients.
The cream contains PDRN—a regenerative compound extracted from salmon DNA—and glutathione, a powerful antioxidant. Together, these ingredients promote faster skin regeneration and reduce irritation following cosmetic treatments.
Developed by a Clinical Expert
Dr. Na developed PostLab based on over 25 years of clinical experience in dermatology. Working with medical device companies, he was able to create a formula that safely delivers a high concentration of PDRN. His goal was to go beyond traditional creams and offer a solution with real therapeutic benefits.
Home Care and Everyday Use
One of PostLab’s key strengths is its versatility for at-home skincare. When applied over serums or ampoules, the protective film helps lock in moisture and nutrients, improving absorption and boosting the overall effectiveness of other skincare products.
It also provides a strong moisturizing barrier during stressful skin conditions—such as changing seasons or long exposure to air conditioning or heating—keeping the skin hydrated and protected throughout the day.
Expanding Beyond Korea
Currently available in Korea, PostLab plans to expand into global markets, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. With its dual function of protecting and regenerating the skin, PostLab is positioning itself as a new standard in post-procedure skincare and daily dermal defense.
