Social media influencer Indy Clinton made a glamorous appearance on Thursday night at the Effie Kats fashion dinner held at Buon Ricordo restaurant in Sydney. The 27-year-old TikTok personality turned heads on the red carpet, not just for her sleek black dress, but also for showing off her recently enhanced nose.
Clinton wore a fitted, sleeveless black dress with a cutout around the midsection, paired with strappy heels. Her look was completed with bold statement earrings, several rings, and a makeup palette featuring warm tones, rosewood lip gloss, and rosy blush.
The red carpet appearance comes just weeks after Clinton revealed she had undergone rhinoplasty. Her updated facial look sparked conversation online, especially after she shared details of her recovery journey on social media.
In a video posted during preparations for her daughter’s preschool disco, Indy addressed concerns about her uneven nostrils. “Yes, my nostril is uneven,” she said while applying makeup. She explained that her nostrils had not been surgically altered and believed the asymmetry was due to lingering swelling.
“The swelling should go down,” she added, noting that she had been wearing small splints at night to help with healing.
Despite the physical discomfort, Clinton said she was satisfied with the results, describing them as “supernatural.” She also opened up about how tough the recovery period was, calling the twelve days in a cast the longest of her life.
Indy recently returned to social media after taking a short break due to online bullying. Critics had compared her to the late pop icon Michael Jackson, accusing her of hiding her face after surgery. But Clinton didn’t stay silent.
“I’m back online for good,” she announced in a TikTok video. “I’m 27 and I’ve had a few tweaks. I was honest about my nose job, but people still gave me hate.”
She added that social media often celebrates people when they’re struggling, but turns on them when they start to succeed. “People loved seeing me overwhelmed with three kids under three, milk-stained clothes, and total exhaustion,” she said. “But the minute you’re doing okay, they say you’re no longer relatable.”
Clinton ended her video with a strong message to her followers: support her or move on. “I don’t have time for hate,” she said.
