A new chapter in healthcare has begun in Maysville with the launch of Main Street Primary Care & Aesthetics, a practice focused on providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to the community. Formerly known as Family Practice Associates, the clinic transitioned to new ownership on March 14, blending traditional primary care with modern aesthetic treatments.
The clinic is led by Tina Gifford, APRN, a nurse practitioner with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. Gifford specializes in emergency care, pediatric care, women’s health, and chronic care management. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Tina is passionate about offering high-quality, compassionate care and will also provide select aesthetic services to help patients feel their best.
“Our goal is to be a trusted partner in the health journey of our community,” Gifford said. “We offer comprehensive primary care services for timely medical attention, along with aesthetic options that help our patients feel confident and well.”
A key member of the team is Carla Story, APRN, who has been with the clinic since 2021. With 17 years of experience in the medical field, Carla is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has worked in hospice care, long-term care, family practice, and advanced wound care. Known for her attentive and thorough approach, Carla also offers select aesthetic treatments as part of the clinic’s holistic approach.
Dr. Larien Kearns, an experienced general medicine physician, will join the clinic in June. Dr. Kearns brings over 43 years of medical experience and will be a valuable addition to Main Street Primary Care & Aesthetics’ primary care services.
For those seeking aesthetic treatments, Kassi Sergent, APRN, brings her 12 years of medical expertise. Specializing in Jeuveau treatments, a neurotoxin used for smoothing facial lines, Kassi offers services to enhance natural beauty and well-being. She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Colorado Technical University.
