Allison Holker has openly shared her experience with cosmetic surgery, revealing that she recently had breast augmentation and has no regrets about her decision.
“I haven’t, really, publicly come out and discussed this, that I had a boob job, but I recently had a boob job,” Holker, 37, said on the May 25 episode of her podcast Between Us. “I’m so happy with it.”
Holker explained that she had considered the procedure since high school but delayed it due to her career in dance, which would have required significant recovery time. She admitted she thought the process would be much more difficult than it actually was.
“I pushed it off, pushed it off, pushed it off,” she said. “Three kids later and I’m not dancing like I used to, so I was like, ‘OK, maybe this is the right time.’”
Holker shared that part of her motivation was emotional. After enduring several challenging years—including the death of her husband, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, in 2022—she said she needed something to help her feel good about herself again.
“I think I needed a little bit of encouragement,” Holker said. “I was really down on myself, and my confidence level was all over the place. I was like, ‘I think I’m going to do something for me.’ It was really nice.”
Before going through with the procedure, she discussed the idea with her daughter, Weslie, 16, who co-hosts the Between Us podcast with her. Holker said those conversations helped her feel supported.
Weslie praised her mom for making a decision for herself and said the change was noticeable.
“When you got your boobs, it was like a light came through,” Weslie said. “She was, literally, like, ‘Oh my gosh, look at me!’ She put on outfits and was like, ‘I just look so much better.’ I can tell you’re actually happier.”
Holker also shared that she has been using Botox for years and is a fan of the results.
“I like not being able to move my forehead,” she said with a laugh. “I’m way too expressive, so Botox helps so much. It even cleared up my acne—I used to have a very pimply forehead, and it took everything away.”
Holker reflected on how many people in entertainment begin cosmetic treatments early in life, but she chose to wait until she was older.
“I actually would love to know if you get Botox ‘cause I get Botox and I love it,” she told podcast guest Jessica Hall. “I’m due for it right now.”
Holker continues to use her platform to speak openly about self-image, motherhood, and healing after loss. She and Boss shared three children: Weslie, Maddox, 9, and Zaia, 5. Since Boss’s passing, Holker has remained active in the public eye, often discussing grief and personal growth with her followers.
