Lindsay Lohan is passionate about skincare and health—and she’s now turning that passion into a beauty brand of her own. In an interview with Elle published on May 27, the actor shared her daily skincare routine, diet tips, and how becoming a mother changed her approach to wellness.
“I’m crazy about my skin and health,” Lohan said. Her morning routine is packed with skincare rituals and healthy habits. She starts her day with a homemade juice made from carrot, ginger, lemon, olive oil, and apple. This vitamin-rich drink gives her an antioxidant boost. She also drinks a lot of water, green tea, and water with chia seeds. Pickled beets are another favorite she includes in many meals.
When it comes to skincare, Lohan is very particular. “My skincare is very specific,” she explained. “I’m testing some serums right now. I also swear by splashing ice-cold water on my face in the morning. I use lemon juice a lot and wear eye patches every day. I’m also into laser treatments.”
Lohan, who gave birth to her son Luai in 2023 with husband Bader Shammas, said motherhood changed her skin dramatically. “My skin changed after having my son. It became really sensitive,” she said. “That’s what pushed me to change my whole routine and diet. I did blood tests to find out what I was allergic to and cut those things out. That’s when everything started to change for me.”
She added that while not everyone experiences such skin changes after pregnancy, she is thankful for the shift. “It made me more aware of how to care for my skin long-term,” she said.
With a growing interest in wellness and beauty, Lohan is currently developing her own beauty line—one that may soon bring her personal skincare secrets to a wider audience.
