L’Oréal Groupe has appointed Rehan Saeed as the new Chief Executive Officer and Executive General Manager of L’Oréal Pakistan. His appointment will take effect in May 2025.
Saeed will take over from Qawi Naseer and lead L’Oréal’s business operations throughout the country. This marks Saeed’s return to L’Oréal Pakistan after his recent role as Commercial Director for the Consumer Products Division at L’Oréal Indonesia.
Saeed is recognized for his strong background in marketing, commercial strategy, and business transformation. In 2018, during his previous role as Commercial Director in Pakistan, he successfully doubled the Consumer Products Division’s market share by reshaping the company’s go-to-market approach.
His return comes at a key time, as L’Oréal Pakistan focuses on speeding up its digital transformation, building strong talent pipelines, and advancing its mission of purpose-driven beauty.
A Strategic Move Toward Growth
With Saeed’s appointment, L’Oréal emphasizes the value of leaders who combine local understanding with global experience. His history of driving business growth, leading transformation efforts, and building high-performing teams supports L’Oréal’s goals for sustainable expansion in Pakistan.
The company sees Saeed’s leadership as a way to strengthen its brand’s relevance in the fast-evolving South Asian beauty market and boost innovation in a high-potential region.
